Herbal Smoke in a Spiritual Practice w/ Dr. Samuel Nez

I am so excited that Dr. Samuel Nez will be teaching our next SMDA workshop. From Samuel:

Plants offer their medicine to us in many forms including their essences as smoke. We use this smoke and energetic vibration to elevate our work and send our intentions to the ears of our holy ones and guides. As we see the smoke rise we witness the gift of communication from this physical world into another. In this discussion I will talk about external and internal smoking methods, the various herbs and plant medicines used, including different blends as well as the different alternatives to smudging with sage.
