Service Description

**Please book on the half hour (either 10:30 or 11:30) so I can accommodate as many folks as possible. If you book at 11, I will ask you to reschedule. Thank you!** The bond we share with our animal companions can't be overstated. This service is for those who would like to deepen this connection and learn how to better support one another. You are welcome to bring your companion to my private office at Ritualcravt. Please make sure they have a potty break first and only book this service if your animal is comfortable in bustling new environments. If your animal struggles with anxiety or aggression, or if you would prefer to meet virtually, please go back and select the 'Remote Animal Communication' option.

Cancelation Policy

Clients can reschedule their appointments up to three days in advance. Cancellations/rescheduling within 48 hours will be charged 50%. Cancellations/rescheduling within 24 hours will be charged 100%. Thank you for respecting our schedules. Sterling does not reschedule or provide refunds for missed appointments. Sterling considers a client to have missed their appointment after 15 minutes. In the event that Sterling needs to cancel, you will be provided the option of a full refund or rescheduling.
