Beyond the Veil: A Mediumship and Paranormal Weekender

Tuesday, September 8th

6:30PM - 8PM Mountain Time: Annual Pre-BTV Zoom Meetup

This is a time to meet one another, ask questions, and go over what to generally expect at Beyond the Veil. We’ll also practice a remote viewing exercise that takes our spirit to the Object Hotel, giving you the opportunity to test skills you learned in Modern Mediums!

Beyond the Veil 2026 in Bisbee + Tombstone, Thursday September 24th - Saturday, 26th

6PM - 6:45PM: Welcome, opening invocation + altar setup

We’ll start our evening by invoking the spirit of Beyond the Veil, introducing ourselves to the spirits of the Object Hotel, and settling in for an evening of spellcraft.

7PM - 9:30PM - Poppet-Making Workshop with Sterling Moon (Part 1 of 2) , Object Garage (entrance is next to the Object Hotel)

Sterling will lead everyone through the first part of a poppet-making workshop. Over the course of the full weekend you will conjure your own spiritus, based on how your spirit moves you.

1PM - 2:30PM - Poppet-Making Workshop with Sterling Moon, Part 2, Object Garage

We’ll finish up our Poppets, using any additional materials we’ve located since the day before.

3PM - 4PM - Paranormal Exploration 101 + Birdcage Theater Prep, Object Garage

We’ll go over how to use the paranormal gear and tips for illuminating and respectful experiences. We’ll also talk about the Birdcage’s expectations of us and think through ways we can be delightful guests and dazzling conversationalists with the spirits of the theater.

10PM - 2AM - Birdcage Theater in Tombstone

We will have a four hour private investigation in the iconic and spirited Birdcage Theater in Tombstone, AZ. Per the Birdcage’s rules - everyone must be sober and no ouija boards are allowed. You are responsible for getting yourself to and from Tombstone. Carpooling is encouraged.

Saturday, September 26, 2026

2PM – 3:30PM – Timeline Jump with Marcella Kroll, Object Garage

Timeline Jumping is a process similar to guided meditation with a bit of Quantum Leaping. During this session we will be dissolving your current timeline, while I create and hold the container for you to do so, then connecting to the closest Timeline available to you. Transformation sometimes can be immediate and can also take a few weeks. It truly requires your participation, commitment, and acceptance of your own responsibility to your journey.

7:30PM - 10PM: The Annual Beyond the Veil Seance, Object Garage

The pinnacle of the BTV experience. We will gather to contact spirits in an old fashioned seance - with some modern twists, of course!

10PM - 10:30PM: Closing and taking down of the Beyond the Veil altar

Capped at 12 attendees, Beyond the Veil in Bisbee and Tombstone, AZ is sure to be an unforgettable experience!

Registration is $980 for those who have already taken Modern Mediums. Registration does not include lodging, meals, or transportation. 

The following payment plans are available:

• 2 payments of $490

• 3 payments of $327

• 4 payments of $245

• 5 payments of $196

If you want to do Modern Mediums, which is a 7 week program and prerequisite, and attend BTV this year, there will be an option to add on the program for an additional $450.

Please note that Beyond the Veil registration does not include travel, lodging, food, or any other costs you may incur at or getting to Beyond the Veil. 

• Sterling will provide booking information for rooms at the Object Hotel upon your registration.

• From there, you will be responsible for making your own lodging arrangements.

• If those sell out or if you need a room with no stairs, you’ll need to book with one of Bisbee’s other hotels and vacation rentals - Oliver House, El Dorado, or Copper Queen are close options. 

Beyond the Veil requires agreement to the Event Policy as well as the Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Ethics, Boundaries, and Agreements of Sterling Moon Tarot, LLC.
