Release and Restore Meditation

This grounding, visualization-based guided meditation was created as part of my 2024 Tarot Prediction + Meditation offering. It’s so darn useful I’ve decided to offer it as a standalone, downloadable version.

This meditation is designed to be used monthly, or whenever you need a reset. It is meant to help you release energy that no longer serves you and to call in blessings and protection.
