Service Description

The bond we share with our animal companions can't be overstated. This service is for those who would like to deepen this connection and learn how to better support one another. We will connect remotely via Zoom, so your animal is able to be unstressed in their own environment. If you would prefer to bring your animal to my private office at Ritualcravt, please go back and select 'In-Person Animal Communication.' Please note I only offer in-person sessions on Tuesdays.

Cancellation Policy

Clients can reschedule their appointments up to three days in advance. Cancellations/rescheduling within 48 hours will be charged 50%. Cancellations/rescheduling within 24 hours will be charged 100%. Thank you for respecting our schedules. Sterling does not reschedule or provide refunds for missed appointments. Sterling considers a client to have missed their appointment after 15 minutes. In the event that Sterling needs to cancel, you will be provided the option of a full refund or rescheduling.
